Dear Sir,

We herewith confirm the verbal acceptance of Mr. E. Lim (who is acting for the charterers) to the proposed terms of Charter party as per our previous letter of even date.

The charter hire to be $110,000 Hongkong Currency less 5% brokerage and commission and subject to the usual form of charter party plus the extra specified clauses.

We are having the usual form of charter party drawn up with the insertion of the necessary additional clauses and will put same before you for your formal confirmation at an early date.
